Self-taught as a photographer, she first picked up an old Pentax camera (a present from her late father) at 18 years old. After completing a degree in American Studies in New York and London, she began working on assignment for Esquire and The Sunday Times magazine. Awards followed, including The Ian Parry Award and a place on the World Press Masterclass at 23 years old. She has since been commissioned worldwide by magazines such as Vanity Fair, Time, Tatler, GQ, Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, The Times Magazine, Dazed and Confused and The Observer. Her work has been exhibited in solo shows in Europe and America including a show at Proud Galleries (2004) and Barings Bank (2006). She has also contributed to group shows and auctions at Christie’s, Phillips De Pury and Photo London.
