I was a member of the old website - why can't I log in?
Due to security reasons and data protection, we need to kindly ask you to register again for this new website. It will only take a few minutes and you will be able to now enjoy a whole new world of programmes and benefits such as creating your own portfolio and profiles. What should I do if I've forgotten my password?
Don't worry, just tell us your registered email address and we'll send you a new password automatically. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder in case it has been moved there by mistake. If you have forgotten your email address or you no longer have access to that account, please contact us.

How do I change my password?
You can change your password in the 'Account' tab in your member area. Your password must be at least six characters long and contain both numbers and letters. We recommend that you change your password regularly and that you don't use the same password on any other website.

How do I know what subscription package I'm on?
Your current package and subscription expiry date are displayed under the 'Membership Status' heading in your member area.

How do I upgrade my subscription?
You will find a link to upgrade below the 'Upgrade Your Membership' heading in your member area. Just follow the instructions.

How do I know when my subscription is due to expire?
Your subscription expiry date is displayed under the 'Membership Status' heading in your member area. We will also send an email to remind you in plenty of time.
