The Sony World Photography Awards exhibition is an annual event at Somerset House, London. Held each Spring, the display showcases a stunning selection of winning and shortlisted images from all competitions across the Awards. Open from June to January and free to enter, the Professional, Open, Youth and Student competitions welcome photographers of all ages and abilities to participate. Seen as one of the most inspiring fixtures in the photographic calendar, visitors can delve into an impressive range of breath-taking photos and be immersed in some of today's most compelling stories. From portraiture to landscape, architecture to wildlife and fine art to street photography, every year the selection celebrates the diversity of photography.

Somerset House is a large Neoclassical building situated on the south side of the Strand in central London, overlooking the River Thames.
One of the city’s most spectacular and well-loved spaces, Somerset House is a place where art and culture are imagined, made, and experienced.
