The Cave

In his Cave Allegory, Plato wrote that “Chained to the wall of the cave, we only see the shadows”, a way of questioning the perception of reality.
But perceiving the true form of reality must never destroy our ability to imagine, fantasise and even create images. These photographs are everyday objects photographed in the harsh sun.
