Virginia Morrison is Executive Director of the Society for Photographic Education (SPE), a non-profit membership organization that seeks to promote a broader understanding of photography in all its forms, and to foster the development of its practice, teaching, scholarship and criticism. Virginia taught photography and art at Hawken School, served as Director of Career Services at Cleveland Institute of Art (CIA) and has also worked for the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.  She has always been involved with student advocacy in educational contexts and is currently on the Advisory Board for the Young Photographers Alliance.
