Youth's July competition results announced!
Street Photography allows photographers to develop their imagination and go the extra mile by capturing moments of everyday life. By focusing on the outside world and people's behaviour, the photographers are able to convey different feelings and emotions. Every shot documents particular instants of the public life.
Congratulations to the winner and the other successful photographers of the July competition! Zinuo Shi's image will be featured in a dedicated email to our Youth competition audience and the World Photography Organisation social media channels. Shi will also be in the running for the Youth Photographer of the Year title announced in Spring 2022.
YOUTH'S JULY COMPETITION WINNER
Zinuo Shi, China Mainland, 17 years old
"I’m paralysed by the overwhelming happiness of being recognised in the July Youth Competition. With the greatest pleasure, I’d like to express my gratitude to the World Photography Organisation committee for giving me such a valuable opportunity to present my work to a wider community, as well as my parents and friends, for their unconditional support along this memorable journey. This experience makes me believe that photography carries more than artistic expression. It is my third eye, my window to the world, a universal language, which can make more voices from the unprivileged minorities be heard."
