This week's selection of 10 images recently entered into the Open competition highlights the Lifestyle category. Part of the Open competition, this diverse category spotlights the wide spectrum of human experience - from vibrant club nights to field work to cherished traditions.
Don't forget that entering early offers more opportunities: not only to be featured on our socials, but also to be included in the Sony World Photography Awards 2026 exhibition in London.
Each month we select a winner (50 Image Bundle), a 2nd place (20 Image Bundle), and 3rd place (10 Image Bundle). The monthly Entries of the Week winner will go on to take part in a special People's Choice Vote once the competition closes. The overall winner will have their image shown at the iconic Somerset House.
