Erdem Summak grew up in Izmir and has been storytelling ever since childhood. He moved to Istanbul to study engineering in his early 20s. While he was studying his engineering degree he did not give up his big passion of photography.

Bill Miles is a commercial photographer and director shooting lifestyle and portraiture, primarily for advertising clients. For the last 13 years, Miles has been living in the Catskill mountains outside New York City.

Tariq Zaidi is a freelance photographer based out of London, England. Zaidi’s photography focuses on inequality, social change and endangered communities.

Russ Bishop is a California-based landscape and travel photographer with an affinity for the high and wild places. Photography became the natural conduit for expressing his vision.

Emma Lewis is one of the five judges in the Professional Competition of the 2019 Sony World Photography Awards, Assistant Curator at Tate and a writer specialising in photography.

Yagazie Emezi is a documentary photographer from Aba, Nigeria, but mainly living in Lagos when she can. Emezi started her photography journey in early 2015 and since then it has been a never-ending series of challenges, growth and dare, and enlightenment, she says.
