Sarah Toplis is Digital Producer at the Southbank Centre in London. She joins the Southbank Centre following the title of Commissioning Editor for Young Tate, where she developed digital strategies, projects and partnerships to engage younger audiences with Tate. She managed the overall development of the new website and leads on content creation; with a focus on collaborating with young creatives across different disciplines and developing new approaches to digital image and film based projects.

Sarah’s professional background; working with Getty Images, Arts Council England and the British Council Venice Biennale team, has allowed her to develop her knowledge of the cross-over between art and image based technologies and platforms.

Her continued interest in photography has led to personal projects working as a Curator on photography exhibitions in London and abroad with both emerging and established Photographer’s. Combining this experience with her drive to support young people, she has also developed innovative digital projects working with young photographers across the world with both the British Council and Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO).
