Still Life Shortlist

I am a documentary and street photographer: unstaged was my thing... until confinement.
Stuck home, I decided to investigate and create a series of playful, colourful pictures, with the food I enjoy. I wanted to play with the clichés that often appear when we are considering other countries’ food. Needless to say, I indulged myself with a few exquisite breakfasts after shooting. (When it comes to the food photography I shoot, I insist that no food is binned).

My name is Céline Pannetier.
I was born in Paris, but I have been living in Barcelona for ages.
As a Street Photographer I built a body of work based on the light contrasts inside the city.
I also work as an Events & Congresses Photographer, covering for instance, Alimentaria Fair, in Barcelona, The World Cardiology Congress in Paris…
I more recently started to produce Creative Food Photography, the right visual content for entrepreneurs from the gourmet industry.
