Catch Me If You Can is a sports documentary series about the wrestling subculture in Berlin, Germany. At the heart of the series are protagonists who ‘transform' into their characters for each show, to offer an entertaining and energetic spectacle for the audience.

Biography

Svenja Wiese is a German photographer based in Berlin, where she works on freelance documentary projects.
After graduating from University of Cologne, she worked for the TV as a screenwriter and director-assistant. In 2011, she got a funding grant from the Film- and Medienstiftung NRW for her short film “Sommer spüren”. Since then, Svenja has been working on independent films and photography projects.
She is also teaching German language & literature and philosophy in a high school.
