Define Identity is a photographic series exploring the relationship between people and their physical appearance, addressing themes of beauty, identity and self-acceptance. In contemporary society, the body serves as a medium for expression and a projection of identity; people modify it to shape their individual persona, signal social belonging or meet professional demands. This work questions the extent to which the body acts as a vehicle for self-determination, conformity or rebellion, and highlights the diversity of physical expression without judgment or exoticisation.
