Series description
The project refers to the concept of infraordinaire, as defined by Georges Perec — that which is too ordinary to be noticed and too devoid of exceptionality to become an object of representation. These objects are no longer tools, yet they have not fully become waste. The object is extracted from the continuity of events and presented as a problem: a residue of an ordering system that has ceased to operate. Suspended between categories, they persist as non-objects.
