The Sony World Photography Awards Youth competition encourages photographers aged 12 to 19 years old to submit their best images to monthly competitions. Discover the winner and the nine highlighted photographers from the October competition.

Last month, young photographers were asked to submit their best pictures representing wildlife and nature. From macro shots to wideangle vistas, we wanted to see compelling photographs which capture the beauty and diversity of our natural world.

Congratulations to our Youth October winner and to the nine highlighted photographers. Rayhan goes on to compete for the Youth Photographer of the Year title - announced in Spring 2022. He will also be featured in an email dedicated to our Youth competition audience as well as on the World Photography Organisation social media channels.
