Nicolas Gaspardel and Pauline Baert studied advertising in Paris. They met at school in 2011. As a team, Nicolas and Pauline worked in advertising agencies. They created Beurkmagazine in 2012 and, in 2017, they both decided to quit their job to become full time professional photographers.
