Clas Hammari Kristensen is a freelancephotographerbased in Tromsø, Norway. He was shortlisted in the 2015 Sony World Photography Awards with his series, 'Northern Lights'.

"I shoot mainly people in the studio but my personal projects tend to be the opposite; animals and buildings for example. I think my style of photography is very minimal..."

This year's theme, "Seeing Beyond - Untold Stories" requires photographers to present a strong series of 5-10 images that look beyond the ordinary and every day.
