Self-taught photographer. More than 40 years working as a professional photographer - first as a studio photographer and currently doing photographic reports, some of which were published in books (such as O Pobo das Néboas,”Aldeas sen voz). His latest work deals with the problem of rural depopulation. It is a call of attention to preserve the ethnographic heritage of the villages, their popular architecture, and traditions. Vincente strives to give the last inhabitants of these villages the importance they deserve.
