"Mediterranean Sunset In Siponto" by Matteo Canestraro

On a very hot summer’s day in Manfredonia, Puglia, I decided to visit the huge Basilica di Siponto installation created by the artist Edoardo Tresoldi. I don't usually shoot architecture without first scouting, but this place was special. I felt a sense of urgency so I grabbed my tripod and camera from the trunk and waited for the moment when the setting sun let me capture the ephemeral design of this art.
